When it comes to broadcasting negative information, the cyber world has become the new bathroom wall. Students are using camera phones, chat rooms, e-mail, and blogs to exchange gossip and mount bully campaigns.
In the old days when someone got shoved in a hallway it had certain repercussions. Now when someone is bullied, it's put on the internet and has the potential to last indefinitely. Focus will be on the legal ramifications at school and how to build up an atmosphere to combat online bullying.
