Welcome Back!

Welcome back to another school year! NHASP has some exciting workshops planned for the upcoming year. Please take a moment to look at our event calendar and plan to join us at the NHASP workshops.

Challenges and Changes for the

2017-2018 School Year

NHASP dues for 2017-18 have remained the same.  We have updated our website to include a PayPal option to renew your membership or join as a new member online.  If you have already renewed your membership thank you and we look forward to working with you this year.

Plymouth State University will be moving out of this building (2 Pillsbury St. Concord) in December.  Our lease expires in October 2017.  We are exploring a number of options including, but not limited to, negotiating with the owner of this building to stay at 2 Pillsbury Street.

Please review our 2017-18 calendar. Dates have been set to this location, but the location may change depending on our lease options.

IMPORTANT – High School Principals and Guidance – This is the 25th anniversary of the Francis Wayland Parker Awards Program.  In order for continued success of this program we need to have more participation from you! FWP information has been sent to high school guidance and administrators via email and hard copies. You may also find the FWP Packet under “Forms” on the website.

Please register for the NHASP Winter Workshop and Annual Conference as soon as possible.  You will find registration forms for all workshops under “Forms”. Early Bird discounts are available if paid by December 31, 2017.

A committee has been formed to develop an audit of NHASP programs and policies for the future.  More updates to follow!

We have hired a new administrative assistant to replace Marie Labelle who left in April.  Welcome Sherry Bedell, our new staff member!  Good luck to Marie who will be moving to Florida.

Welcome to Sean Moynihan, President of NHASP 2017-2018.  Sean is Principal at Sunapee Middle High School.  Thank you Dan LaFleur, our past president.  Congratulations Arthur Adamakos who has been elected to serve on the NASSP national board.

Thank you for those who have submitted their salary survey information thus far.  We have had great feedback and we will publish the new survey late fall.
